Helukabel polyolefin wires insulation provides enhanced thermal and chemical resistance compared to standard PVC. These wires are often used in environments where higher operating temperatures or exposure to oils and solvents is expected. They are also halogen-free, making them suitable for applications with strict fire safety requirements.

Fluoropolymer-insulated wires (e.g., PTFE, FEP) offer excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, and dielectric strength. These are ideal for aerospace, medical, and high-frequency applications where performance under extreme conditions is critical. They also maintain flexibility across a wide temperature range.
