The Dobot CR5 Collaborative Robot is a safe, flexible, and self-learning robot that has wide compatibility with mainstream end-effectors and accessories.
The CR collaborative series of Cobots represents the next level of 6-axis robot arm technology, leveraging collaborative features for enhanced human-machine interaction while prioritising quality and safety. These robots are specially designed for lightweight and monotonous tasks, such as palletising, handling, and polishing, enabling the replacement of 2-3 workers, with an increase in efficiency of up to 40%.
Each CR series robot package contains one CR arm, a power supply, an emergency stop button, a controller, a wireless connector, and a heavy-duty cable for the controller to robot data feed.
Amongst the many benefits, the cobots support the Dobot Safety Skin feature, meaning that the CR Series robots can plan their path to avoid collisions, ensure safety in the production process, and promote operating efficiency.
The robots can be programmed using graphical, a block-based programming language, or via Python code. There is real-time control on your mobile phone or tablet through a Wi-Fi connection, and support for TCP/IP and Modbus communications.
The CR series of robots are Certified to ISO 13849, ISO 102188-1:2011, and TS 15066 standards.
