The Dobot AMB-300XS Autonomous Mobile Manipulation Robot (AMMR) integrates advanced SLAM, laser navigation, and human-machine interaction technologies to deliver exceptional transportation and pick-and-place capabilities. It features precise navigation, proactive safety measures, user-friendly software, and is designed for safe collaboration with humans.

When combined with a 6-axis collaborative robot, the AMMR can perform a variety of tasks such as wafer transportation, loading and unloading to multiple machines, power inspection, and more, enhancing logistics efficiency in industrial settings.

Enhanced calibration with vision sensors utilises proprietary 2.5D spatial compensation technology for accurate positioning. High-resolution cameras achieve positioning accuracy up to ±0.5 mm, and integration with Dobot+ accessories ensures seamless calibration and positioning.

Robust safety features include two lidars for a 360-degree scan to ensure safety, dual encoders that monitor the AMMR's movement and halt motors if thresholds are exceeded, and certifications to ISO 3691-4:2020, ISO Class 5 Cleanroom, CE-MD, CE-EMC, and CE-RED standards.

Precision navigation for optimal performance is achieved through an embedded laser SLAM algorithm, providing navigation accuracy up to ±5 mm. The maximum adjustable navigation speed is up to 1.5 m/s.

User-friendly and flexible deployment is facilitated by compatibility with the CR Series collaborative robots, instant connectivity to various grippers and 2D/3D vision modules, and a graphical user interface for easy map construction, completing route setup in just 5 minutes.

The AMMR comes with the AMR 300XS automatic charging station, designed for seamless and efficient recharging. The station enables autonomous docking and charging, ensuring the robot is always ready for its next task.
