Extech RPM33 Tachometer

The Extech RPM33 combination contact/laser photo tachometer allows you to quickly measure RPM, surface speed and length with one tool. Use the contact wheel for up-close readings or laser mode for safer, non-contact measurements up to 500mm (1.6ft) away. Contact RPM applications include measurments on flywheels, conveyors, pumps and lifts. Non-Contact RPM applications include measurements on motors, fans and gears. The tachometer is microprocessor based with a quartz crystal oscillator to maintain high accuracy and with enough memory to store and recall 10 data sets with 4 parameters (measurement, max., min. and average). Because it has two measurement methods it is able to provide a wide range of RPM (photo and contact) and linear surface speed/length (contact) measurements. Supplied complete with a contact wheel for rpm or linear surface speed/length, 1 x 9V battery, reflective tape and a soft case.
