Sauter TN- US series digital ultrasonic thickness gauges are based on the same operating principles as SONAR.

The instruments are capable of measuring the thickness of various materials with an accuracy of 0.1 or 0.01mm (see Technical Details). The gauges are suitable for a wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials.

  • External sensor
  • Data interface RS-232, standard (TN 80-0.01US, 85-4863, only)
  • Scan mode (10 measurements/s) or single point measuring mode
  • Internal memory for up to 20 files (with up to 100 values per file)
  • Selectable measuring units: mm, inch
