Seeed 101020023 Grove - Sound Sensor Based on LM386 4V-12V Input

The Grove - Sound Sensor from Seeed Studio uses the combination of a simple electret microphone and a power amplifier to measure ambient sound levels. The sensor outputs an analogue value which is compatible with any microcontroller with a spare ADC input and matching supply voltage.

• Operating current (Vcc = 5V DC): 4 to 8mA
• Voltage Gain (VS = 6V, f = 1 kHz): 26dB
• Microphone sensitivity (1kHz): 52 to 48dB
