The Voltcraft DSO-2074G is a 4 Channel 70Mhz Oscilloscope attachment that is used in combination with a Windows® based computer with a free USB 2.0 interface. The computer then becomes a fully operational digital storage oscilloscope (DSO) for the visualisation of electric quantities and signals.
There are four independent input channels available for measurement. The probes are connected to the DSO via BNC connectors. Operation and display is performed using the supplied measurement program.
The attachment with the computer is equivalent to a real oscilloscope operating interface. In addition, there is a spectrum analyser (FFT), mathematical special functions and cursor for measuring signals. The spectrum is 70MHz and the realtime sampling rate is 200 MS/s (mega-samples/second).
The measured signals can be stored in different formats and called up or processed in other programs. For simple initial operation, user defined appliance settings can be stored and called.
The attachment also contains an arbitrary DDS function generator (1-channel), with which can generate direct digital signals (DDS). The frequency range extends from DC to 25MHz with a vertical resolution of 12 bits and a storage depth of 4000 samples.
For operation, a universal mains adaptor with interchangeable mains plugs is included.
