The VOLTCRAFT Arbitrary Function Generators with 30/60 MHz frequency range, 125/300MS/s sampling rate and 14-bit vertical resolution have 2 independent channels and support SCPI. The comprehensive waveform outputs include sine, square, pulse, ramp, noise, as well as 150 built-in arbitrary waveforms.

Models available:

65-4546: FG-1302, 30 MHz frequency range, 125MS/s sample rate.
65-4547: FG-1602, 60 MHz frequency range, 300MS/s sample rate.

The AFGs come complete with:
