Q. Hi, Is this suitable for wiring valve amplifier components please? I'm looking at building valve amps on a hand wired basis. voltages between 300-600 volts. Valve heaters are 6.3 volts at up to 3 amps.
Many thanks.
A. Hi Rik, thank you for your question. This is only rated at 1.8A so would be unsuitable for your needs, stranded 16/0.2 maybe more suitable.
Q. is your 1-0.6mm single core wire OK for fitting your breadboards?
A. Hi Robert, thank you for your question. Most breadboards accept between 0.3 to 0.8mm wire so as this is single core 0.6mm wire so should be fie for this use.
