Hammond 1553 Series ABS Soft Sided Watertight Handheld Enclosures

These watertight ABS enclosures from the Hammond 1553 Series are ergonomically designed and have soft sides for handheld comfort. They are available in a range of sizes and in a choice of black or grey
- Designed to meet IP65
- Uses single-piece silicone gasket (installed)
- Enclosure utilises tongue and groove construction - moulded into top and bottom halves
- Made from flame retardant ABS plastic (FRABS) - UV stabilised
- Top cover recessed for membrane display or keypad
- PC board standoffs moulded into both top and bottom. Standoff screws (M2) not included
- Front panel is an integral part of the top half of the enclosure
- Secured with black Philips stainless steel machine screws, threaded into integral brass bushings
- Ideal for applications when repetitive assembly and disassembly are required
